The price per CD is $45.00. Demo prices may be deducted from your purchase of MediSoft [within the same version]. Click on the Download of your choice and save the file to your drive. We are not responsible to any damage to your data or the accuracy of the downloads. Use this service with caution. A software or computer technician should be available when installing any of these demos or updates. It is recommended that you backup all your data into an external drive prior to installing any updates. If the update does not work properly, have your previous system available. Do not attempt to download these files from a dial up connection.

In order to install the update, take the following steps:

Please Note: If you do not have a current serial number for the program you install, the program will become disabled, and you will not be able to utilize it. Consult your professional support before updating your software. We are not responsible for damaged or loss of data. We suggest printing your registration information prior to performing any updates.

1. Download the file zip file that is appropriate for your version of MediSoft. If you are using version 11 of MediSoft, download the corresponding update. If you are using version 10 of MediSoft, the corresponding update. These files are linked on the right side of this screen.

2. Unzip the file using a Zip program such as WinZip.

3. Double-click on the file you just downloaded. Follow the prompts.

4. Find the path into which your MediSoft program was installed. For information on how to do this, refer to the article linked on the right side of this screen. Write this path down.

There is no support on download files.
Use at your own risk. A technician is recommended.

Before upgrading, or updating any software, first backup your data. If the new application does not work, or you have problems with your installation, uninstall the software and reinstall your last version.

MediSoft Version 11 SP 4 with Office Hours Service Pack Update.

You will not be able to install Service Pack 3 unless you have MediSoft V11 installed. If you are using a networked version of MediSoft, these steps must be taken on each computer that is using the MediSoft software.
If you already installed Service Pack 2, you may obtain and install this Service Pack through the Help menu and Online Updates.

MediSoft v14: MediSoft Framework 14.2.2.3

This new framework allows for practices with some carriers credentialed with the Group NPI and other carriers that require the individual NPI. To allow eligibility calls based on these carrier rules we decided use the Practice ID field in List/Insurance/Carriers address tab. If Practice ID contains GRP: send the following 10 numeric digits as the NPI on the 270 with an XX qualifier. If GRP: does not exist then send list/providers/default pins/national identifier (like it already does) on the 270. The client is to add GRP: to only the insurance carriers requiring a Group NPI. The same logic is used for both V14 and V15 framework.
